Mini Morsel Pound Cake
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
- Grease and flour 10-inch fluted tube pan or 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
- In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
- In large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
- Blend in vanilla.
- Add flour mixture alternately with milk.
- Stir in mini morsels.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 70 to 80 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan.
