Melt-In-Your-Mouth Sugar Cookies

  1. Cream together butter and sugars. Add the oil, eggs, vanilla extract, butter extract, and almond extract. Mix well.
  2. Add baking soda, salt, cream of tartar, and 2 cups of flour. Mix well.
  3. Add the remaining flour and mix on a high setting until the dough is fluffy. Drop onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes until the bottom is just beginning to brown.
  4. Note: I bake at 350 degrees because my oven runs a little hot.
