Hermit Bars

  1. Preheat your oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the buttery spread, honey, and molasses.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture, beating until smooth.
  5. Mix in the nuts and dried fruit.
  6. Spread the mix in a lightly greased 8"x8" pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
