Frosted Blond Brownies
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 2 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

- 3 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Heath Chips Or Crumbled Bars
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. Melt butter, mix in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; stir till combined.
- Stir flour mix into sugar mixture. Spread in pan. Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 min.
- While brownies are cooling, mix cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Slowly add in powdered sugar. Add vanilla and mix.
- Frost brownies and sprinkle heath pieces over it all. Store in the fridge.
