Chicken A La King

  1. In a large skillet melt margarine over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms, bell pepper and onion;
  3. saute 3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken, sherry, bouillon, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir milk and corn starch until smooth;
  6. add to skillet.
  7. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil one minute.
  8. Stir in pimientos.
  9. Serve over egg noodles.
