Chocolate Cake With Peanut Butter Frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 13x9 glass pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients and mix on medium speed with a mixer. Batter will be very thin.
  2. Pour batter into a pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
  3. For the frosting;
  4. Combine ingredients and mix at medium speed until smooth. Spread frosting over the cooled cake and top with miniature chocolate chips.
