Chocolate Cake With Peanut Butter Frosting
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2/3 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2/3 cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar Or Fructose
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Brewed Coffee, Room Temperature
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Miniature Chocolate Chips, For Topping
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 13x9 glass pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients and mix on medium speed with a mixer. Batter will be very thin.
- Pour batter into a pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For the frosting;
- Combine ingredients and mix at medium speed until smooth. Spread frosting over the cooled cake and top with miniature chocolate chips.
