Tropical Arnold Palmer
- 48 whole Mint Leaves
- 4 cups Water Plus Water To Fill Ice Cube Trays
- 5 whole Tropical Fruit Flavored Tea Bags (such As Passion Fruit Or Mango)
- 3/4 cups Frozen Raspberry Lemonade Concentrate
- 1 whole Lemon, Cut Into Wedges
- Place 2 mint leaves in each compartment of two ice cube trays (24 compartments total). Fill with water and freeze.
- Heat remaining 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until water begins to steam and barely simmer, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat; add tea bags and steep 3 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add frozen lemonade concentrate and stir until dissolved. Set aside and cool slightly.
- Place 12 mint ice cubes in a large pitcher and pour cooled tea over ice. Stir until ice cubes dissolve.
- Serve tea mixture in glasses using remaining mint ice cubes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
