Easy Peasy Chocolate Sugar Cookies
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1/2 cups Coconut Oil
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 cups Cacao
- 5 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- Cream together butter, coconut oil, sugar eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. It should be a soft dough. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Sprinkle counter with a little bit of cacao and roll dough out on counter. Cut dough into desired shapes and bake on cookie sheets at 350u0b0F until barely golden on the bottom. Baking time depends on the size of the cookie. Allow to cool and frost as desired.
