Fudge Sundae Pie
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- graham cracker crust or vanilla wafers
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- chopped peanuts or pecans
- Put evaporated milk, chocolate morsels, marshmallows and salt into heavy 1-quart saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat until chocolate and marshmallows melt completely and mixture thickens.
- Take off heat and cool to room temperature.
- Use a 9-inch pie pan.
- Fill with a graham cracker crust or line bottom and sides of pan with vanilla wafers.
- Spoon 1/2 of 1 quart vanilla ice cream over crust or wafers with 1/2 the chocolate mixture.
- Repeat with rest of ice cream, then chocolate.
- Top with chopped peanuts or pecans.
