‘Jimmy The Greek’ Pasta Salad

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Cool.
  2. 2. Make dressing by whisking together olive oil, vineger and remaining spices. Pour over pasta.
  3. 3. Add chopped peppers, olives, onion, feta cheese, parsley and artichokes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Mix well and refrigerate until well chilled.
  5. ENJOY!
