Triple Chip Cookies
- 1 cup Butter
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- Preheat the oven to 375u0b0 F.
- Cream together the butter and sugars in your mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, soda and salt and then mix into the butter mixture until just blended. Stir in the chips.
- Scoop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
