Triple Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 375u0b0 F.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugars in your mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, soda and salt and then mix into the butter mixture until just blended. Stir in the chips.
  4. Scoop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
