Chocolate Oat-Chip Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
  4. Add flour, soda and salt, mix well.
  5. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 9 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies, 12 to 13 minutes for crispy cookies. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, remove to wire rack.
  9. Makes about 5 dozen.
