Triple Berry Trifle

  1. To macerate berries:
  2. Add sliced berries to a bowl and add 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. Mix and let stand until ready to use.
  3. For the whipped cream:
  4. In a stand mixer, pour heavy whipping cream, vanilla pudding mix and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. With whisk attachment, beat on medium-high for approximately 5 minutes or until whipped.
  5. To assemble trifle:
  6. Put 1/2 cup angel food cake in bottom of glass. Drizzle 1/2 cup berries on top of cake.Top with a couple dollops of whipped cream. Repeat once more and drizzle with condensed milk.
