Fresh Vegetable Pizza
- 1 pkg. Hearty Grain biscuits
- 1 (8 oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 to 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. seeded tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- Parmesan cheese
- Separate biscuits and place in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
- Press biscuits over bottom and 1-inch up sides. Seal perforations.
- Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Blend plain yogurt, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spread over crust.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over top.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
