Tortellini Salad
- 1 package Cheese Tortellini From Refrigerated Section (9 Oz.)
- 1 package Cole Slaw Mix (12 Oz.)
- 6 cups Torn Fresh Spinach Leaves
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1/2 cups Sliced Green Onions
- 1 bottle Ranch Dressing 8oz.
- 8 slices Bacon Cooked Crisp And Crumbled
- 1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- 2. In a large clear bowl with straight sides or a 9x13 pan (I use this), layer cole slaw mix, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes, onion.
- 3. Pour dressing over top, sprinkle with bacon. Cover.
- 4. Refrigerate until serving time. I like it better if it sits overnight in the refrigerator, allowing the ingredients to sit in the dark cozy confines of your fridge to get better acquainted. They'll love you for it in the morning. The flavors will meld and the salad will be better for it. Trust me.
