Best Low-Fat Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Beat butter and sugars until well blended. Add egg and egg white; beat well. Add in mashed banana, yogurt and vanilla extract; beat unil blended.
  4. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients in small additions (about 3), beating slightly after each addition. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
