One-Dish Chicken 'N Gravy

  1. Dip chicken in flour.
  2. Place skin down in melted butter in 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 425u0b0. Turn chicken, bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until tender.
  4. Pour off excess fat.
  5. Add onions and mushrooms to chicken.
  6. Mix milk, soup, cheese, salt and pepper and pour over chicken.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
  8. Cover dish with foil.
  9. Bake at 325u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
