- 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cups White Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 bag (12 Oz) Chocolate Chips
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- 3. In medium bowl, cream together Crisco, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- 4. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually stir in the sifted ingredients, then stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- 5. Bake for 8-10 minutes. I usually do 8 minutes and they are perfect. They will look a little undercooked, but once they cool, they will be perfect.
