Seafood Supreme

  1. Saute onion, pepper, garlic, celery and parsley in oleo.
  2. Add salt, red and black pepper until blended.
  3. Add soup; stir well. Fold in crabmeat, shrimp and rice.
  4. Spoon into greased casserole. Dot with oleo and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  5. Bake twenty minutes at 400u0b0.
  6. Crabmeat may be omitted and use 2 cups shrimp instead.
