Toffee Krispies
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 package Marshmallows, 10 Ounce Bag
- 6 cups Cocoa Krispies
- 1 package Trader Joe's English Toffee Chopped, 8 Ounces
- 4 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoons Coarse Sea Salt
- 1. In large pan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir and stir and stir until completely melted.
- 2. Add Cocoa Krispies and toffee and stir until well coated. If you do not have access to the Trader's Joe's version, 8 ounces of any toffee covered with chocolate and nuts will do.
- 3. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Evenly press the mixture into the pan. You can use buttered spatulas, hands, waxed paper, or whatever you have access to. Just do it quickly!
- 4. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it all over the top. Finish by sprinkling with sea salt.
- 5. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares and enjoy!
