Spring Rolls
- 1 c. ground pork
- 1/2 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 c. crab meat, boiled
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery leaves
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. jelly noodles (a kind of transparent vermicelli made of mung bean)
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 6 dried black mushrooms, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. nampla (fish sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten, fried and chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Heat vegetable oil in frying pan.
- Add chopped garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
- Put in ground pork, shrimp, crab meat, bean sprouts, eggs, green onion, celery, black mushrooms and jelly noodles.
- Fry for 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, nampla, salt and pepper
