Spring Rolls

  1. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan.
  2. Add chopped garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Put in ground pork, shrimp, crab meat, bean sprouts, eggs, green onion, celery, black mushrooms and jelly noodles.
  4. Fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, nampla, salt and pepper
