Poke ‘N Pour Ginger Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan.
  2. Combine all cake ingredients; blend at low speed until moistened. Beat for three minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove cake from oven. Prick every inch deeply with a fork. In a small saucepan, heat topping ingredients until butter is melted. Spoon hot topping over hot cake. Cool upright in pan for 30 minutes; turn onto serving plate.
  4. This cake is addictive-very rich and yummy!
