Three Layer Brownies
- 1 box Brownie Mix And Necessary Ingredients
- 7 ounces, fluid Marshmallow Cream
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 3 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- Make brownies as directed on box.
- Let the brownies cool for about 5 minutes and then dollop the marshmallow cream on top of the brownies. As it sits, it will start to melt and spread out. Use a spoon or knife to get it even and level. After the marshmallow cream has set long enough to not stick to your finger when you lightly touch it, start your third layer.
- In a saucepan, melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips. Then add the Rice Krispies. Stir until all the Rice Krispies are coated well. Layer the Rice Krispie mixture on top and let it set up.
- Note: Some people prefer the brownies made in a 13x9 baking dish since the top layers get thick, but I personally like to make them in a 9x9 baking dish so they are extra thick.
