Chocolate Lover’S Cake
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1 package German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding (small Box)
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 6 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar, Divided
- 2/3 cups Baking Cocoa
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 5 Tablespoons To 6 Tablespoons Milk, Divided
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1. Mix first 5 ingredients together.
- 2. Add chocolate chips.
- 3. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
- 4. Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes.
- 5. Let cool.
- 6. Frost with Chocolate Lover's Frosting (see below).
- To make Chocolate Lover's Frosting, beat 1 cup sugar, cocoa, butter, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla in a small mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in remaining sugar and milk until smooth.
