Candy Bar Brownies
- 1 cup Good Margarine Or Butter, Melted
- 3 cups Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Vanilla
- 6 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 cups Cocoa Powder
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts (pecans, Walnuts, Or Almonds)
- 1 jar Caramel Topping
- Mix together melted margarine, sugar, and vanilla until well-blended. Add eggs and mix well. Add salt, cocoa powder, and flour. When it's all creamy and beautiful, mix in chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts. Spread evenly in a greased jelly roll pan.
- Open caramel topping and pour in swirls over the top of the brownie batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE!
- Absolutely fabulous hot, warm, cool, cold, or room temperature! Especially fabulous when served with a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Eat, enjoy, repeat.
