Leftover Pepper Steak Soup
- Pepper Steak Recipe Leftovers - Steak, Veggies, Rice, All Of It!
- 1 can Corn
- 1 can Peas
- 1 can Green Beans (I Like Small Cut)
- 1 can Whatever Other Veggie You Like - Frozen Works Too!
- 1 bottle Tomato Juice (How Much You Need Depends On How Much You're Making And How 'soupy' You Want It To Be)
- 4 cubes Beef Bouillon
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 Tablespoons Gravy Browning
- A big, basic 'dump' soup.
- Combine all your Pepper Steak leftovers (steak, peppers, onions, tomatoes, rice), your veggies of choice (those listed are my preference, but this is not a picky soup). Add enough tomato juice to get the consistency you like. (The tomato juice amount varies according to the amount of leftovers you've got, and whether you've used canned veggies and included their liquid or used frozen or fresh, etc.)
- Season to taste (the amounts listed are my guesstimates based on how we like it). Heat through (we like our soup super hot!) and serve with a nice crusty bread.
