Coconut Cream Pie Martini

  1. Mix vodka, coconut water and cream in a martini shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Optional: before pouring martini into the glass, either crush a graham cracker or use store-bought graham cracker crumbs. Wet the rim of the martini glass and dip in the crumbs for a graham cracker "crust" rim. Then pour your shaken martini into the glass and enjoy!
  2. For a stronger coconut flavor, you could use coconut milk in place of the water, and eliminate the cream. I bet vanilla or even plain vodka would taste pretty good in this as well! I just happened to have a new bottle of whipped vodka on hand.
