The Best Snickerdoodles
- FOR THE COOKIES:
- 1/4 cups Organic Cane Sugar
- 1/2 cups Grass-fed Butter, Slightly Melted
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup Sprouted Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Cream Of Tartar
- FOR THE CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE:
- 2 Tablespoons Organic Cane Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- In a large mixing bowl, cream cane sugar and butter. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- In a small bowl, stir together flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar. Blend dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- In small bowl, prepare the cinnamon sugar by combining the ane sugar and cinnamon. Mix.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in cinnamon mixture. Put 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 370u0b0F.
