Vegetable Stuffing Bake
- 1 whole Onion (medium)
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Processed Cheese Sauce
- 1 package Frozen Broccoli, Thawed
- 1 package Frozen Cauliflower, Thawed
- 1/2 packages Frozen Corn, Thawed
- 1 package Cornbread Stuffing Mix, Divided
- 1. In a large skillet, saute onion in the oil until tender.
- 2. Stir in the soup and cheese sauce until blended; heat through.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine vegetables and one cup of stuffing mix. Add soup mixture and mix well.
- 4. Transfer to a greased 9x11x2 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mix.
- 5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until vegetable are tender and edges are bubbly.
