Chocolate Bailey’S Irish Creme Cake
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1 box (18.25 Oz.) Devil's Food Cake Mix (without Pudding In The Mix)
- 1 box (4-Serving Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 4 whole Large Eggs
- 3/4 cups Bailey's Irish Creme Or Kahlua
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
- 1/4 cups Bailey's Irish Creme Or Kahlua (Whichever One You Used For The Cake)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Blend cake ingredients with a mixer on low for one minute. Stop and scrape down the sides of bowl. Beat for 2 to 3 minutes on medium speed. The batter will be thick and smooth.
- Pour into a greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake for 45 to 47 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on a rack for 20 minutes. Prepare glaze and spoon over warm cake.
- Make glaze by stirring together confectioner's sugar with the liquor you used to make the cake (Bailey's or Kahlua). Mix until smooth and spoon over cake.
