Italian Sausage Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Grease a 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan. Brown sausage, onion and green pepper; cook until vegetables are just tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Stir in mushrooms.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. In small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water for topping.
  7. In large bowl, dissolve yeast from hot roll mix in warm tomato sauce and water.
  8. Stir in hot roll mix flour mixture; blend well.
  9. With greased fingers, press out dough in prepared pan, forming rim around edge.
  10. Spread reserved tomato sauce over dough; sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Layer prepared sausage and vegetable mixture over cheese.
  12. Bake at 425u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
  13. Makes 6 servings.
