Peanut Butter Brownies
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
- 1 package (8 Oz) Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter (heaping)
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- Mix first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl. Sift next 4 ingredients together and add to the egg mixture. This makes your brownie mixture.
- Soften cream cheese and mix with peanut butter, 1 egg, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons milk.
- Spread half of the brownie mixture in a greased 9x13 pan. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the top, then dot with rest of the chocolate mixture in blobs. Gently run a knife through the layers to create a marbled look.
- Bake at 325F for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
