Loaded Cookies
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 cups Butterscotch Chips
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chunks
- 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 cups Salted Butter, Melted
- In a large mixing bowl, combine both sugars, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, oats, walnuts, chocolate (chunks and chips) and butterscotch chips. In a separate smaller bowl, mix the egg, vanilla, and butter. Pour the egg mixture into the larger bowl and mix all ingredients together.
- Roll into 1 1/2" balls. Place on a baking sheet into a preheated 350-degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
