Tea Party Cheese Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0F.
  2. Roll pie crust out and cut out 6 rounds (approximately 5" diameter). Line 6 cups of a standard muffin tin with parchment. Mold pie crusts rounds into the parchment cups to form the crust. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
  3. Mix eggs, ground pepper, salt, heavy cream and parsley. Remove baked pie shells from the oven, place approximately 1 tablespoon cheese at the bottom of each shell, pour in the egg mixture, then top with a sprinkle of remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for another 8-10 minutes until firm.
