Roasted Chicken And Veggie Salad Bowl

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0F.
  2. Rub salt, pepper, and smoked paprika onto the chicken thighs. Roast onion, bell pepper, potatoes, and chicken in a greased pan for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
