Jiffy Beef Stroganoff

  1. Brown ground meats in fat in a skillet on a heat minder at 350u0b0.
  2. Sprinkle the dry onion mix and ginger over the meat. Arrange the noodles in a layer over the meat.
  3. Add mushrooms with the liquid.
  4. Pour hot water over the noodles, making sure all the noodles are moistened.
  5. Cover tightly.
  6. Turn heat minder to 225u0b0 and cook 20 minutes or until noodles are done.
  7. Blend flour into sour cream and stir into stroganoff.
  8. Cook about 3 minutes longer until thickened.
  9. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
  10. If desired, 2 tablespoons sherry may be added just before serving.
