Indoor S’Mores
- 13 ounces, weight Golden Grahams Cereal, Or Another Graham Cracker Cereal
- 10 ounces, weight Mini Marshmallows, Divided
- 1-1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 5 Tablespoons Butter, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cups Light Corn Syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Grease a 9x13 pan. Pour cereal into a large bowl.
- In a medium, heavy-duty saucepan, heat 5 cups marshmallows, butter, corn syrup, and chocolate chips. (I normally use the whole bag of chocolate chips. Why not? A little more chocolate never hurt anyone!) Just keep stirrin' until everything's smooth and mixed together. Then remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the marshmallow-chocolate mixture over the cereal and combine until well-coated. Stir in the remaining marshmallows, then press the mixture into your pan. Refrigerate for an hour or until the mixture is firm. Then cut into bars, and enjoy!
- You can also spoon out clusters onto a cookie sheet for little s'more bundles!
