Beef Enchilada Casserole(Servings: 12)

  1. Spread the taco meat on bottom of 10 x 13 1/2 x 1/2-inch baking pan or Pyrex dish.
  2. Cover with chopped onions.
  3. Layer the tortillas; cover sparingly with the mixed soup and enchilada sauce.
  4. Cover this with sliced tamales and cover with rest of sauce.
  5. Sprinkle all over with green chilies.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and put in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil.
  8. Cover with cheese.
  9. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
