Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 sticks Butter
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 ounce, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2-1/4 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Bits
- 1-1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 3/4 cups Toffee Bits
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugars. Beat in the cream cheese. Beat in eggs separately. Beat at high speed until well blended and light and fluffy. Add the vanilla. Stir in the flour, salt, soda, and baking powder. Lastly, stir in the chocolate bits, dried cranberries, and toffee bits.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto the lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes, turning the pan halfway through the cooking time if necessary. When cookies are lightly browned, remove from the oven and slide the parchment and cookies onto a wire rack to cool.
