Pinwheel Dinner Rolls
- 1 package Frozen Bread Dough, Enough For 3 Loaves
- 1 package 12 Oz. Shredded Italian Style Cheese, Or Whatever Flavor You Prefer
- 1/4 cups More Or Less Of Dehydrated Veggie Bread Dip Mix/spices; I Use The Garden Veggie Bread Dip Mix That Has Italian Spices, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Spinach, And Basil
- Prepare bread dough by defrosting and allowing them to rise in refrigerator. Punch down; roll out 1 loaf into a large sheet. Sprinkle 1/3 of the package of cheese (I like it best if there is some asiago in the mix) onto dough, then sprinkle 1/3 of the veggie mix (more or less as desired) on top. Roll dough up into a jelly roll shape; cut into 6 pieces. Repeat with other 2 loaves.
- Place rolls in a greased, prepared baking pan, side by side without touching. Let rolls rise in baking pan for about 1-2 hours. Bake according to the bread package instructions from manufacturer (typically about 15-20 minutes, 350 F.) This tastes even better with dough made from scratch, which I don't have time to do anymore!
