Brandy Slush
- 7 cups Water
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Water, Boiling
- 4 bags Black Tea
- 1 can (16 Oz.) Frozen Orange Juice, Thawed
- 1 can (16 Oz.) Frozen Lemonade, Thawed
- 4 cups, 3 tablespoons, 1-7/8 teaspoons, 1/4 pinches Brandy
- 8 cups, 7 tablespoons, 3/4 teaspoons, 1/3 pinches 7-up
- Combine 7 cups water and 2 cups sugar in a large pot, and heat on medium until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat.
- Pour two cups boiling water over 4 tea bags, and steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Combine with sugar-water mixture.
- Add the orange juice, lemonade, and brandy. Stir well and freeze mixture overnight. You should have about 4 liters.
- Before serving, stir the 7-up into the slush, or combine in a glass with a 2-to-1 ratio of mix to 7-up.
- Each 6-ounce serving contains 1 ounce of brandy. You can halve the brandy if you want, but the slush will freeze a lot harder and be harder to stir.
