Brandy Slush

  1. Combine 7 cups water and 2 cups sugar in a large pot, and heat on medium until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat.
  2. Pour two cups boiling water over 4 tea bags, and steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Combine with sugar-water mixture.
  3. Add the orange juice, lemonade, and brandy. Stir well and freeze mixture overnight. You should have about 4 liters.
  4. Before serving, stir the 7-up into the slush, or combine in a glass with a 2-to-1 ratio of mix to 7-up.
  5. Each 6-ounce serving contains 1 ounce of brandy. You can halve the brandy if you want, but the slush will freeze a lot harder and be harder to stir.
