Emi’S Pasta Salad

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Use tri-colored spirals for a fancier look.
  2. Prepare all ingredients as listed above, make sure that any items drained are also patted dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine pasta and all remaining ingredients. Toss to combine, being careful not to mush the pasta. Refrigerate before serving.
  4. Note: you can use any heavy dressing you like. Parmesan, Caesar, etc. are good choices, just not thinner oil-based dressings.
