Emi’S Pasta Salad
- 1 pound Spiral Pasta
- 1 can (14 Oz.) Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Dried
- 1 can (about 6 Oz.) Large Pitted Black Olives, Drained
- 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 package Pepperoni, Chopped
- 1/2 pounds Deli Cooked Ham, Chopped
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 bottle House Italian Dressing
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Use tri-colored spirals for a fancier look.
- Prepare all ingredients as listed above, make sure that any items drained are also patted dry with a paper towel.
- In a large salad bowl, combine pasta and all remaining ingredients. Toss to combine, being careful not to mush the pasta. Refrigerate before serving.
- Note: you can use any heavy dressing you like. Parmesan, Caesar, etc. are good choices, just not thinner oil-based dressings.
