Box Tree Salad

  1. Arrange greens on individual chilled salad plates. Sprinkle the walnut halves over the greens. Place a mound of blue cheese in the center of each plate or you can crumble the blue cheese over the salad. Arrange thin slices of the unpeeled red and green apples in pinwheels around the plate. Combine all remaining ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of dressing over each salad and serve immediately. Serves 6.
