Sweet āNā Salty Coconut Pretzel Clusters
- 2 cups Crushed Pretzels
- 1/2 cups Salted Peanuts
- 1/2 cups Sweetened Shredded Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 cups Jet-puffed Marshmallow Bits
- 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Butterscotch Chips
- 1 can (12 Oz. Size) Evaporated Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 dash Ground Cinnamon
- Crush pretzels (brand/style of your choice) until you have 2 cups. Pretzels do not need to be finely crushed; chunks are good!
- Pour pretzels into a mixing bowl and stir in peanuts, coconut flakes, and marshmallow bits. Set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in evaporated milk for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. When chips are melted, remove from heat. Add vanilla and cinnamon; stir.
- Dump chocolate mixture into the bowl with the pretzels, peanuts, coconut and marshmallow bits. Stir until the dry mix is totally inundated with chocolate-y goodness.
- On cookie sheets lined with Silpat mats or parchment paper, use a medium cookie scoop and place rounded candy stacks on top. You may either allow them to set on your counter or place them in the fridge to speed up the process.
- Once candies are cool/set, enjoy with a tall glass of milk or store in airtight containers and refrigerate.
