Mexican Meat Loaf

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine mushrooms, zucchini, onion, wine or water and 1/4 cup of water.
  2. Cover and let vegetables steam over medium heat until tender.
  3. Drain off liquid and add catsup and mustard; set aside.
