Sweet And Crunchy Quinoa Granola

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl (except for the raisins). Spread evenly on a lightly greased (if you are omitting the coconut oil) cookie sheet. You may need to use more than one baking sheet. Bake in a 350u0b0F oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes (making sure it is evenly stirred so that it does not burn). Add raisins or dried fruit after it has finished baking, let cool and enjoy!
