Sweet And Crunchy Quinoa Granola
- 3 cups Oats
- 3/4 cups Quinoa (soaked For 1 Hour In Water, Drained)
- 1/8 cups Flax Seed
- 1/3 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1/3 cups Chopped Almonds
- 3/4 cups Apple Sauce
- 1/8 cups Hot Water
- 2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Molasses
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (optional: You Can Use Another Type Of Oil As Well)
- 1/4 cups Dried Fruit (raisins Work Well)
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl (except for the raisins). Spread evenly on a lightly greased (if you are omitting the coconut oil) cookie sheet. You may need to use more than one baking sheet. Bake in a 350u0b0F oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes (making sure it is evenly stirred so that it does not burn). Add raisins or dried fruit after it has finished baking, let cool and enjoy!
