Christmassy Chocolate Bark
- 1 pound Chocolate, Finely Chopped (mix Of Dark And Milk, Or White)
- 1 whole Clementine, Zested (Finely Grate Or Chop The Peel)
- 1/2 cups Mixed Nuts, Chopped (I Use Walnuts And Hazelnuts)
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cups Store-bought Ginger Thins, Crumbled (about 10 Cookies)
- Extra Nuts And Cranberries For Decorating
- 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Slowly melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water. When all the chocolate has melted, add the clementine zest.
- 3. Remove from the heat and rapidly add the nuts, cranberries, and cookies. Mix well.
- 4. Spread the chocolate mixture on the baking sheet. Sprinkle a few extra nuts and cranberries on top. Let set for at least two hours.
- 5. Break into pieces and enjoy.
