Green Beans Ceasar
- 1/2 pounds Fresh Green Beans (or Frozen)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Minced Onion (instant)
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Paprika, Or To Taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Steam green beans until tender, about 10-15 minutes. If using frozen, follow package directions.
- Toss beans with all ingredients except paprika, bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Put into 1 1/2-qt. casserole dish.
- Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and butter. Sprinkle over green bean mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
