Berries And Cream Tie Dye Smoothie
- 1-1/4 cup Apple Juice
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 whole Banana
- 1/2 cups 1% Or Skim Milk
- 9 ounces, fluid Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt Or Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Divided
- 14 Ice Cubes, Divided
- 1/2 cups Cranberry Juice
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cups Blackberries
- For the bottom layer, place apple juice, raspberries, strawberries, and banana and put in the blender. Blend for 1 minute. Grab glasses and pour equal amounts into each one. Rinse out blender.
- For the middle layer, take 1% low fat milk (or skim), 6 ounces yogurt, and half of the ice cubes, and put in the blender. Blend for 1 minute. Pour equal amounts on top of the red layer for each glass. Rinse out blender.
- For the top layer, take cranberry juice, blueberries, blackberries, remaining ice cubes, remaining yogurt, and put in the blender. Blend for 1 minute. Pour equal amounts on top of the white layer.
- Grab a utensil (spoon, straw, etc) and stir it a bit to get the tie dye effect. Garnish with berries and now it's ready to serve!
