Dark Fudge Brownies

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. 2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. 3. Add sugar and whisk mixture until shiny.
  4. 4. Remove from heat, add cocoa, salt, baking powder, vanilla, egg and liqueur.
  5. 5. Stir in flour.
  6. 6. Fold in any chips or nuts.
  7. 7. Pour batter into a 10x7 or 9x9 baking pan.
  8. 8. Bake for 23-26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 1 inch from the side comes out fairly clean.
  9. 9. Cool completely and cut into squares.
